服务企业重组研究
——以珠江三角洲地区为例

　　如今企业重组现象已成为公众、政府和公司政策关注的焦点。本文试图在清晰阐述有关企业重组理论的基础上，解决珠江三角洲地区服务企业重组合意的战略选择这一实践问题。

　　文章分为五部分。第一部分首先结合我国国情界定了服务企业重组的含义。接着从扩张和收缩角度阐述了服务企业重组的具体方式。最后从不同的视角给出了服务企业重组动因的理论解释。

　　第二部分从政府行为与企业行为两个方面，分析了服务企业重组的合意路径。文章认为政府参与服务企业重组的重点和方式应是创造服务企业重组必需的制度基础以及为企业重组提供动力和压力。在外在制度给定的前提下，服务产品的制造特征、市场范围以及生命周期则同合意的企业重组战略之间存在着映射联系。

　　第三部分重点阐述珠江三角洲地区服务企业重组的背景。文章首先描述了目前珠三角产业结构的特点，然后分析了这种产业结构的影响以及服务企业重组在产业结构优化调整中的作用。最后从入世导致产业环境突变角度，定性地分析了珠三角服务企业重组的意义。

　　第四部分根据前文的理论，结合珠三角的实际，提出了物流、旅游、房地产三个行业合意的企业重组战略。

　　第五部分是一个简单的结语。

Enterprise reorganization has been becoming the focus of the public. This paper tries to work out a correct solution to how to select the desirable strategy for reorganization, in the base of setting forth the theories about enterprise reorganization.

This paper is divided into five parts. The first part explains the meaning of service Enterprise reorganization, combined with the situation of our country. Then, it illustrates the detailed approaches of service enterprise reorganization from the point of view of expedition and shrinkage. In the end, it provides the theoretic explanation for the motivation of reorganization from different aspects.

The second part analyzes the desirable path of reorganization from the point of view of government and service enterprise’s conductions. This paper argues that the government ought to create the necessary institutions and provide impetus and pressure for reorganization. Given the institutions, the desired path of recognition is decided by the producing specialty, market scope and life cycle.

The third part places its emphasis on the background of service enterprise reorganization in ZhuJiang Delta. At first, this thesis describes the specialty of ZhuJiang Delta’s industrial structure. Then, it describes the impacts of this kind of specialty and the uses of service enterprise reorganization in industrial
structure’s optimizing. At last, it analyzes the meanings of reorganization from the suddenly changing industrial conditions caused by entering WTO.

The fourth part provides the desirable path of reorganization for the enterprises according to the above theories.

The fifth part is a simple conclusion.
